Teresa Malone has been consulting with nonprofit organizations for more than 8 years, with a strong focus on grants. This has involved extensive planning, program design, and budget development. All of her professional background has been with non-profit organizations, including former roles as Executive Director and Deputy Director. She has an Environmental Studies degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Teresa is committed to strengthening nonprofit organizations which shows in all her work.

Nicole's first memory of the third sector was at age 5; helping her mother volunteer at an annual nature center fundraiser in North Carolina where she grew up. Since then, Nicole has continually assisted nonprofit organizations in various ways as volunteer, intern, employee and board member. Nicole received her Masters Degree in Nonprofit Management from Regis University and applies all that knowledge to her work with Peak Partners. When Nicole is not working, you can find her in nature with my family (biking, hiking, camping, or boating) or attending a local fundraiser.
